• Service usage information generated when our customers use Lead Caviar to send and receive SMS messages, including phone numbers, message content, and delivery metadata.

3. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Lead Caviar service.
• Deliver SMS messages on behalf of our trade-business customers in response to missed calls placed to those businesses.
• Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.
• Send service-related communications, such as security alerts and account notices.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

4. SMS messaging and consent

Lead Caviar enables trade businesses to send automated text messages to consumers who have placed an inbound phone call to that business and whose call was not answered. By calling a business that uses Lead Caviar, the caller consents to receive a follow-up SMS from that business in response to the missed call.

Recipients can opt out of further SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. Replying HELP will return contact information for the business and Lead Caviar support. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on the configuration of the business sending the message.

We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or text message content collected through Lead Caviar with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data is used solely to deliver the service to the originating business and its callers.

5. How we share information

We share information only as needed to operate the service and as described below:

• With service providers who process information on our behalf, such as our SMS carrier partner (Twilio), hosting providers, and database providers. These vendors are contractually limited to using the information only to perform services for us.
• With the trade businesswhose missed call triggered an SMS — the originating business receives the caller's reply so it can follow up on the lead.
• When required by law or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Lead Caviar, our customers, or others.
• In connection with a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case the acquiring entity will be bound by this Privacy Policy.

6. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. SMS message content is retained for the period required by applicable carrier and regulatory rules and then deleted or de-identified.

7. Your choices

• Access and correction. You may request access to or correction of your personal information by contacting support@leadcaviar.com.
• Deletion. You may request deletion of your personal information, subject to our legal retention obligations.
• SMS opt-out. Reply STOP to any SMS message you receive from a Lead Caviar–powered business to stop further messages from that business.

8. Children

Lead Caviar is intended for use by businesses and adult consumers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective" date above and post the updated policy on this page. Material changes will be communicated through the website or, where appropriate, by email.
