Are there any setup fees?
No. Both plans are flat monthly rates with no setup fees. You enter your card during onboarding to activate your business number, but billing doesn't start until your 14-day free trial ends.
Do I need to switch phone carriers?
No. Lead Caviar uses conditional call forwarding — your existing phone and carrier stay exactly the same. We give you a number for our system to forward to when you don't pick up. No new phone, no new app.
Does Lead Caviar work with landlines or business desk phones?
No. Lead Caviar uses conditional call forwarding, which is a feature of mobile carriers (Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T, etc.). If your business line is a cell phone, you're set. Landlines and traditional VoIP desk phones aren't supported right now.
Are there per-message charges?
No overage at typical service-business volumes. Plans include unlimited automated text-back replies and lead-capture conversations. Heavy outbound campaign use is not what this product is for; if your usage is unusual we'll talk before charging anything extra.
Are Google reviews and referrals included?
They're included in The Works ($149/month), alongside Win-Back service reminders. After a finished job, The Works sends a Google review request by text (automatically or with one tap) and emails referral asks to past customers, branded as your business with replies going straight to you. The $49 plan covers missed-call text-back with voicemail.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can move between Missed-Call Text-Back and The Works from your billing dashboard. Upgrades are prorated by Stripe and apply immediately; downgrades take effect at your next renewal — and nothing is deleted, your Win-Back/review/referral data is kept and re-activates if you upgrade again.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. After that, your business number is released back to the pool, your conversation history stays in your account in read-only mode, and you'll stop being charged.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Both plans come with a 14-day free trial. You enter your card at signup so your business number can be activated, but you won't be charged until day 15 — cancel anytime during the trial from your dashboard and you won't pay a penny. We'll also email you before your trial ends, so the first charge is never a surprise.
